I'm honestly not a big banana eater and I try to only eat my super fun sweet carbs in the morning. Backing up all the way to the days of violin recitals, I remember my teacher telling me to eat a banana before I play. I didn't know why it was so important but I've studied to only find out that bananas are beta blockers. They help relieve anxiety and stress. Why did the chicken cross the road? Oh, to relive stress for that big interview of course! I know it sounds kind of weird, but one of the best stress relievers is laughing. So even if it isn't fun being stressed out, maybe you cut yourself shaving or you tripped getting out of the bed too fast, laugh at it! Take a moment and make fun. If getting to the interview wasn't absolutely flawless, no problem. Think of something funny and laugh about it before you walk in. The endorphins that you will release will tell your brain and your blood flow that you are happy to do what you are doing and the person or people receiving you will see it all over you.
